 at the Indian Institute of Science on 7th July\, 2024 The discussion broug
 ht forth various viewpoints\, experiences\, questions\, roles\, and gave a
 n insight into the development discourse in the country and where it is he
 aded. This will be synthesized into a vision-document and be submitted to 
 the Governments on behalf of all contributing participants in the near fut
